SMS Messaging Program
Effective date: August 24, 2026
This page describes the Quathos SMS messaging program: what we send, how often, how to get help and how to stop. It is the disclosure required before any phone number is enrolled.
1. Program name and sender
Program name: Quathos SMS Alerts. Messages are sent by Quathos LLC, operator of the Quathos SMS platform, from the phone numbers or alphanumeric sender IDs assigned to our account.
2. What we send and how often
We send only account-related, transactional messages: one-time passcodes for sign-in and two-factor authentication, security alerts about your account, and operational notices about your service (for example, a delivery incident or a low balance).
Message frequency varies by your own activity: an OTP is sent only when you request one. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns to this program.
3. How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. In Portuguese, SAIR, CANCELAR and PARE work the same way. To resume, reply START (or VOLTAR).
Stopping SMS does not close your account: you can still sign in and use email-based one-time passcodes.
4. How to get help
Reply HELP (or AJUDA) to any message for support information, or email contact@quathos.com. Support is also available at qsendyx.com/support.
5. Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Consent
Consent to receive SMS is collected separately from consent for email or phone calls, and providing a mobile number is never a condition for using Quathos SMS: one-time passcodes are available by email. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or any purpose unrelated to delivering these messages.
7. Customers sending through our platform
If you received an SMS sent by one of our customers through Quathos SMS, the customer is the sender and is responsible for obtaining your consent. Replying STOP stops those messages as well. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the full terms.
